We also teach revival techniques to dissipate pain in under a minute. Learn more about our classes and what makes us unique.

What is the difference between Kyoshu Jitsu and other martial arts?

Kyusho-Jitsu focuses on targeting vulnerable points of the body, such as the meridians and pressure points, to create pain, disrupt energy flow, or enhance control techniques. Unlike many martial arts that emphasise striking, grappling, or throwing, Kyusho-Jitsu is often taught as a complementary skill that can be integrated into other styles. It emphasises precision and body mechanics rather than strength, and is most effective when combined with solid martial arts fundamentals.

What are the benefits of learning this practice?

The benefits of learning Kyoshu-Jitsu is to be able to defend yourself in almost all environments and situations without using excessive force as well as teaching you how to be aware of your surroundings at all times. Naturally this practice helps build your self-esteem and confidence gradually, as well as controlling your temper and emotions and never showing aggression.

What concerns do people often have before joining your academy?

Common concerns include:

  • Being physically fit.
